Daewoong Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Cost Control specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuta Utara, Bali. In this contract-based role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing operational costs across our expanding F&B and facilities sectors. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and track daily operational expenses across the F&B and facilities divisions to ensure budget alignment.
  • Conduct regular cost audits and reconcile financial discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
  • Compile and prepare detailed weekly and monthly expense reports for management review.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable rates and resolve billing issues.
  • Identify areas of operational waste and propose actionable cost-control measures.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical archives of all financial contracts and transactions.
  • Support the operations team in forecasting future budgetary requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in administrative administration, cost control, or bookkeeping, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or real estate sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with absolute attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bali.
