Tanggung Jawab

  • Managing incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and phone with a professional and welcoming tone.
  • Processing daily catering and restaurant orders accurately within the point-of-sale system.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate customer databases and tracking order status updates.
  • Handling basic administrative tasks including daily sales reporting and inventory documentation.
  • Addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
  • Supporting the management team with general office tasks as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role within the F&B industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word) and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Domiciled in or near Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.
