Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily incoming client inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate client records and administrative databases to ensure seamless studio operations.
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments between clients and our creative team.
  • Process documentation, contracts, and invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve issues effectively, and escalate complex concerns to management when necessary.
  • Support the team with general office administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Provide detailed reports on customer service trends and daily operational metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic administrative software.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Educational background in Administration, Communication, or related studies preferred.
