Iris Bakehouse, a growing name in the culinary scene, is looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Customer Service to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is as delightful as our products.
You will play a pivotal role in managing daily administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating between front-of-house operations and our back-office systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily incoming customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and phone with a friendly and professional tone.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely updates on order status.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for daily operational transactions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback efficiently, providing helpful solutions to maintain brand reputation.
- Monitor inventory and supply requests to support smooth store operations.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer interactions and operational performance for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic digital communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (English is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Highly reliable, energetic, and professional in appearance and attitude.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
