Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage customer service operations for SPKLU charging stations, including inquiry resolution and complaint handling
  • Coordinate technical maintenance schedules with engineering teams to minimize service disruptions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service incidents, customer feedback, and operational metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement service improvement protocols
  • Monitor charging station performance data and report operational anomalies
  • Train customers on EV charging procedures and platform usage
  • Support administrative tasks including inventory management and vendor coordination

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or administrative support roles
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
  • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for operational coverage
  • Basic knowledge of EV charging systems or renewable energy is advantageous
  • Experience in logistics coordination or field service management preferred
