Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for global logistics? Kintetsu World Express (KWE) is looking for a dedicated Admin Customer Service to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will act as the vital communication bridge between our global offices, forwarding partners, and consignees, ensuring that every shipment moves seamlessly through the supply chain.
As an expert in logistics administration, you will handle pre-alert documentation, proactively manage inquiries, and resolve logistical queries to maintain our high standards of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming Pre-Alert documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Facilitate clear and professional communication between overseas offices, local forwarders, and consignees.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve shipment discrepancies or documentation delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all cargo movements in the internal management system.
- Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to clients regarding delivery milestones.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and internal KWE operational procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks related to export/import documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin or Customer Service professional within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, capable of coordinating with international counterparts.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling sensitive shipping documents.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
