As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be at the heart of our logistics process, playing a vital role from the moment goods arrive until they are dispatched. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from efficient loading and unloading, meticulous receiving and inspection of goods, to the proper storage and organization of our diverse inventory. You will contribute significantly to maintaining accurate stock records and diligently monitoring inventory levels, ensuring operational readiness and minimizing discrepancies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform efficient and safe loading and unloading of goods from vehicles and containers using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes, reporting any discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Organize, store, and retrieve inventory items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy accessibility.
- Maintain accurate stock records through diligent data entry into inventory management systems and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or overstocks, and assist in preparing inventory reports.
- Prepare and pack outgoing orders accurately and securely for dispatch, ensuring adherence to shipping schedules.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and responsibly.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy, with experience in using inventory management software or systems being an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in handling goods and records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to follow instructions diligently and adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
- Possession of a valid forklift license is a strong advantage (but not strictly required).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
