Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods to 20+ retail outlets.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes, minimizing discrepancies and out-of-stock situations.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and material handling procedures to optimize space utilization and workflow.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and distribution of products.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
- Manage and optimize transportation logistics for deliveries to various outlets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely arrivals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing inventory for multiple outlets and ensuring high levels of stock accuracy.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
