Neurotechnology Education Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Admin Customer Support to join our team at the BrainFit center in Kebon Jeruk. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our daily center operations, ensuring that our educational environment runs smoothly while providing top-tier support to our students, parents, and the management team.

As an Admin Customer Support, you will be the face of our center. You will bridge the gap between administrative processes and customer satisfaction, playing a key role in the success of our brain-training programs. We are looking for an individual who is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining the high standards that define Neurotechnology Education Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Center Manager to optimize daily workflows.
  • Manage accurate record-keeping, student enrollment data, and reporting documentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Coordinate center scheduling, including class bookings and staff activity logs.
  • Monitor center facilities and inventory to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
  • Assist in the implementation of center marketing and student engagement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or office administration, preferably in an educational or service-oriented setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
