Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain all distribution documentation including waybills, inventory logs, and delivery reports
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Prepare weekly/monthly distribution performance reports for management review
- Process and verify vendor invoices and payment documentation
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock reconciliation
- Implement administrative procedures to improve distribution efficiency
- Monitor distribution KPIs and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- D3 or S1 degree in any discipline (Economics/Accounting preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative/logistics roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with distribution management systems (advantageous)
- Willingness to adapt to operational changes
