Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all assigned online store operations including product uploads, pricing strategies, and catalog maintenance
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for stock replenishment
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for store optimization
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction rates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce administration or retail operations
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, marketplace APIs)
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Attention to detail with data management accuracy
