Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and input product data across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly descriptions and keywords
- Process customer orders and resolve e-commerce-related inquiries
- Generate performance reports and analytics for product optimization
- Coordinate with logistics teams for fulfillment processes
- Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal updates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce administration
- Proficient in using e-commerce management platforms
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce landscape
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic HTML and spreadsheet proficiency
