Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal communications and maintain organized records.
  • Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews and handling candidate documentation.
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, memos, and other office documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Executive, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
