Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the F&B industry? Pizza Pizza Pizza ID is looking for a motivated Admin (F&B) to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the operational flow of our back-office functions, ensuring that our purchasing, sales documentation, and inventory management processes run seamlessly.
As an F&B Admin, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations. You will handle daily transactions, reconcile inventory records, and maintain accurate documentation to support our restaurant operations. We are looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision meets culinary excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize daily purchasing, sales, and inventory documentation.
- Record and process incoming goods and returns to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain systematic filing systems for all F&B-related documents.
- Reconcile sales reports and invoices against physical inventory records.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to resolve stock discrepancies.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review.
- Assist in the data entry of operational expenditures and supply chain transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational/Diploma in Accounting or Administration preferred).
- Proven experience as an Admin, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
