Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Monitor and track company cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly expenditure statements.
- Handle employee expense claims and reimbursements with strict adherence to company policy.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and statutory financial compliance filings.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital financial records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Support the finance manager in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles, tax regulations, and cash flow management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Domiciled in or willing to work in Lampung.
