Toko Progo is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Admin Finance, Accounting, and Tax professional to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. As a key member of our administrative operations, you will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity, managing daily accounting workflows, and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping, including recording financial transactions and reconciling bank statements.
- Prepare and review accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track operational expenses and budget adherence.
- Calculate and process monthly tax obligations, including PPh 21, 23, and PPN (VAT).
- Prepare accurate financial reports for management review on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure all financial documents are filed correctly and comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Support the annual audit process and tax reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical/numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Discipline, integrity, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
