Boenk Cosmetic Manufacture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Finance and Accounting professional to join our established team in Medan Deli. As a key player in our finance department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations that keep our manufacturing business running smoothly. We are committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, and we offer a competitive base salary to our valued employees.

In this role, you will handle a variety of critical tasks, from managing the general ledger to ensuring timely tax filings. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. Our work environment is structured (Monday to Saturday), providing stability and a clear path for professional growth within the cosmetic manufacturing sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax reports (PPh) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement to all employees.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoicing and client billing.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process by compiling data and supporting schedules.
  • Reconcile petty cash and handle other ad-hoc financial reporting duties as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting administration.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and payroll procedures.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday to Saturday.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
