Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) is seeking a dedicated Admin & Finance Area professional to join our team in the Kuala Kurun region. As a leading player in the financing industry, we pride ourselves on precision, transparency, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our branch operations, ensuring that all financial documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner. You will play a critical role in supporting the branch's daily activities, monitoring workflows, and providing actionable data reports that drive decision-making. Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform rigorous monitoring and verification of operational documents to ensure full compliance with company standards.
  • Compile and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Manage branch administrative tasks, including documentation filing, archiving, and office supply coordination.
  • Monitor and track operational activities to ensure efficiency and minimize administrative bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to reconcile financial records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external audit documentation as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all sensitive financial and customer data.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in administration or finance is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and verification.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • High integrity, discipline, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to be placed in Kuala Kurun, Kalimantan Tengah.
