Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain daily branch financial reports, including petty cash and bookkeeping.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including office supplies procurement and vendor management.
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, payroll assistance, and employee data management.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely operational flow.
- Perform regular data entry and documentation tasks with high attention to detail.
- Monitor office assets and maintain records of branch facilities and maintenance.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or financial roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Deep understanding of office management procedures and local labor practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Indonesian and English.
- Integrity, high accountability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
