Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Handle general office administration, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange conference rooms.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office reception area.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for staff or guests when needed.
- Support the HR department with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
