In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring that every client receives a world-class experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
As our Admin Front Office, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our daily clinic activities. You will be responsible for managing appointments, welcoming clients, and ensuring that our administrative documentation is precise and up-to-date. We are looking for an individual who embodies professionalism, maintains a tidy environment, and excels in clear, friendly communication. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome clients, patients, and visitors to the clinic, ensuring a professional and hospitable atmosphere.
- Manage the clinic appointment scheduling system effectively to optimize practitioner time and reduce waiting periods.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with a high standard of professional etiquette.
- Maintain accurate client records, database entries, and daily transaction logs with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with medical staff regarding client arrivals and flow to ensure efficiency.
- Process payments accurately and issue receipts for clinic services and products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the reception area to reflect our clinic's high standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a front office, customer service, or administrative role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a significant advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and digital scheduling tools.
- A friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work full-time, including flexible shifts if required by clinic operations.
- Proactive, honest, and high levels of integrity.
