Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily administrative duties, specifically focusing on consumer loan application documentation (KTP, KK, etc.).
- Assist the Customer Service team in collecting, verifying, and filing customer documents accurately.
- Greet visitors and clients professionally, managing the front office reception area.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital records.
- Process internal paperwork and ensure all administrative logs are up to date.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate document approvals and data entry.
- Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of the office operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in front office administration or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a professional demeanor.
