Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front office reception area, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including restocking stationery and supplies.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing documents, and maintaining digital records.
- Support the finance team with basic clerical tasks, including document preparation and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, taking minutes and preparing necessary materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a professional image is maintained at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be domiciled in Pekalongan and its surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
