Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily office administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding facility maintenance and office supply procurement.
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping for administrative compliance.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and logistical arrangements.
- Handle incoming inquiries, correspondence, and external communications professionally.
- Monitor and track office inventory, ensuring availability of essential supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment for all employees.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in GA or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment.
