PT MCC15 Engineering and Construction, a prominent subsidiary of the Chinese state-owned enterprise MCC15, is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin-HR Staff to join our expanding team in Jakarta Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks including document filing, office supplies procurement, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases with high precision.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Coordinate internal communications and support organizational events or training programs.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative assistance to department heads.
- Ensure all company policies are implemented and followed by staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative or HR support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in Mandarin or English is highly desirable given our corporate structure.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
