PT MCC15 Engineering and Construction, a prominent subsidiary of the Chinese state-owned enterprise MCC15, is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin-HR Staff to join our expanding team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key player in the construction and engineering sector, we pride ourselves on professional excellence and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative and human resources functions. You will ensure seamless daily operations, support talent management initiatives, and maintain the high standards associated with our international reputation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including document filing, office supplies procurement, and facility maintenance coordination.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases with high precision.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Coordinate internal communications and support organizational events or training programs.
  • Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative assistance to department heads.
  • Ensure all company policies are implemented and followed by staff members.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative or HR support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
  • Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in Mandarin or English is highly desirable given our corporate structure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
