In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our talent acquisition process, responsible for identifying top-tier candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

As our Recruitment Staff, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and facilitating the final onboarding process. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, build robust talent pipelines, and contribute to developing employer branding strategies that attract high-quality professionals to our organization.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments including job posting, candidate sourcing, and pipeline management.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a professional and timely communication flow.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and facilitate the selection process to ensure the best culture and skill fit.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and manage background check procedures.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and decrease time-to-hire metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment channels, including job portals, professional networking sites, and social media.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using HRIS or ATS software is a plus.
  • Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professional discretion.
