Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Tigaraksa Satria is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Inkaso to join our team in Padang on a temporary contract basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our collection operations, ensuring that all financial administrative processes are executed with precision. You will play a crucial role in maintaining healthy cash flow by managing invoice documentation, verifying payment records, and supporting our field collection team.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the daily administrative documentation for billing and collection processes.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and collection lists for both sales representatives and field collectors.
  • Verify and reconcile payment data against invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with field staff to ensure all collection documents are updated in real-time.
  • Update and maintain the internal collection database with precise payment status updates.
  • Produce periodic administrative reports regarding collection progress for management review.
  • Ensure all documents follow company compliance and financial standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Accounting, Management, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Staff, preferably in billing or debt collection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse team members.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight administrative deadlines.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Padang, Sumatera Barat.
