Are you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dedicated Admin & Inventory Specialist to join our team in Gamping. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our inventory flow is seamless, accurate, and aligned with our standard operating procedures.
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end procurement and sales verification process. You will be responsible for maintaining absolute synchronization between our physical stock and digital records. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to final receipt of goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits to ensure 100% accuracy against system data.
- Process sales transactions and ensure all documentation aligns with operational standards.
- Maintain systematic filing and digital records for all inventory movements.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies immediately to management for resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Perform routine data entry tasks to keep the inventory system updated in real-time.
- Support general administrative office tasks to maintain a productive working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse administration, or general office support is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong integrity and reliability, especially regarding stock control and assets.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Available for a contract-based position in Gamping, Yogyakarta.
