Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and record daily financial transactions and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital financial archives.
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
  • Process payroll documents and handle petty cash management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting administration or similar roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., MyOB, QuickBooks).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
