As an Admin Kredit, you will be responsible for handling the administrative side of credit services, from data entry and document verification to coordinating with the credit team. You will also assist in ensuring that all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations. Your role will involve interacting with clients, answering queries, and managing the administrative backend to ensure the finance department runs seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and verify credit applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database with precision and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the credit assessment team to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan status, requirements, and procedures via phone or email.
  • Prepare and organize monthly credit reports, filing systems, and administrative documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts and necessary legal documents for credit agreements.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the daily operations of the finance department.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or credit-related roles is preferred.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably related to Finance or Business Administration.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
