Your primary focus will be on administrative coordination, ensuring that every customer request is processed efficiently and every shipment reaches its destination safely.

This includes managing documentation, tracking shipments, and communicating with various stakeholders to ensure transparency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Operational Lead in processing customer shipping requests and orders accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless logistics flow.
  • Maintain and update shipment tracking records, logs, and delivery documentation.
  • Monitor shipment progress and communicate delays or issues to relevant stakeholders immediately.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and provide updates.
  • Organize and archive all logistical paperwork and digital files for easy retrieval.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) in any field.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of logistics terminology and shipping processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
