Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and organize daily administrative tasks to support the marketing department’s workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
  • Manage marketing documentation, reports, and database updates with high precision.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and collateral for distribution and events.
  • Execute negotiation strategies for vendor management and logistical coordination.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide weekly administrative summaries to the management team.
  • Maintain office filing systems and digital archives to ensure data integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle professional inquiries confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital marketing tools.
  • High level of self-confidence and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
