Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and prepare accurate sales quotations and purchase orders.
  • Conduct systematic data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in the internal database.
  • Proactively follow up with existing and prospective customers to ensure satisfaction and identify business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure seamless delivery schedules.
  • Monitor the status of active orders and provide timely updates to the sales team and customers.
  • Handle incoming administrative inquiries regarding marketing collateral and service pricing.
  • Prepare regular activity reports to support the Sales and Marketing department's strategic goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sales Admin, or in a similar office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced terminal environment.
