Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative marketing operations to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize marketing project documentation, schedules, and campaign timelines.
  • Assist the marketing team in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to track project progress.
  • Support the team in managing content calendars and social media scheduling tasks.
  • Monitor and update database records to ensure accurate lead tracking and CRM management.
  • Handle procurement requests for marketing assets and team supplies when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with internal brand guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have a strong interest in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
