Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels
- Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing structures clearly
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate product information
- Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM systems with interaction details
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities and convert leads
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly customer engagement and conversion targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/D3 graduates encouraged)
- 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian
- Proficient in using WhatsApp and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Target-oriented with ability to meet performance metrics
