Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming customer orders through various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Update product listings, stock availability, and promotional banners across all online sales channels.
- Monitor and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure prompt delivery and tracking of shipments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Maintain high store ratings by ensuring consistent and accurate service standards.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure order accuracy and packaging quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an E-commerce Admin, Shop Admin, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) and basic office software (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team structure.
