Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily shipment logistics and track delivery timelines
- Manage incoming goods receipt, verification, and inventory documentation
- Support sales documentation and transaction processing
- Assist in procurement activities including purchase order creation
- Maintain accurate administrative records and filing systems
- Facilitate communication between suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate restocking
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3/S1 in Business Administration or related field
- 1+ years of administrative or operational support experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of procurement/supply chain processes preferred
