Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate office logistics including shipping schedules and receiving procedures
- Manage sales documentation and purchase order processing
- Maintain accurate inventory records for office supplies and materials
- Handle correspondence and communications with suppliers and clients
- Support data entry and filing of operational documents
- Assist in preparing reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company administrative policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; D3/S1 degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or operational roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes is advantageous
