Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document processing to ensure operational accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve overall process efficiency.
- Maintain and update company databases and operational logs with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for management review.
- Monitor operational supplies and inventory to ensure consistent availability for team needs.
- Support the implementation of new standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
