Tanggung Jawab
- Reconcile ATM and Cash-in-Transit (CIT) transaction data daily to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive Daily Status Reports (DSR) for management review.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve financial discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of all operational documentation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Operations Finance department to ensure billing and ledger consistency.
- Monitor transaction logs to ensure adherence to company security and compliance protocols.
- Provide administrative support to the local operations team to optimize daily workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, financial, or operational control roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict daily reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to work in Lombok.
