PT. ASIA MAHKOTA INDUSTRI is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin Pajak to join our finance team in Gedangan, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our fiscal compliance, managing tax documentation, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working with modern accounting software and has a strong grasp of Indonesian tax regulations, specifically regarding VAT (PPN) and the new Coretax system.

Tanggung Jawab
- Input and process outgoing tax invoices (Faktur Pajak Keluaran) into the Coretax system accurately.
- Record and reconcile daily sales transactions using Accurate accounting software.
- Prepare, review, and manage comprehensive monthly and annual tax financial reports.
- Handle the submission and reporting of monthly and annual Value Added Tax (PPN) returns.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all tax documentation complies with current government regulations.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital tax archives for audit readiness.
- Assist in the preparation of internal financial audits and tax reconciliation processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Tax Admin or in a similar financial role (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
- Proficiency in operating Accurate accounting software is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, specifically PPN (VAT) and the latest Coretax implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict government tax filing deadlines.
- Good proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for data management).
