PT Global Dwiputra Logistics Group is a leading logistics provider currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Admin Pajak to join our finance team in Badung, Bali. As an essential part of our administrative operations, you will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance, managing documentation, and supporting our financial workflows to ensure seamless business operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process monthly tax reports (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Ensure all tax documentation is organized, stored, and easily retrievable for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary financial data for tax reconciliation.
- Monitor and keep up-to-date with changes in Indonesian tax regulations and legislation.
- Perform daily data entry regarding financial transactions and tax-related invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of annual corporate tax filings and supporting schedules.
- Maintain effective communication with tax authorities and external auditors when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tax Administrator, Tax Staff, or in a similar accounting role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with high integrity.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in the Badung, Bali area.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict tax reporting deadlines.
