Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations.
- Prepare and distribute monthly payslips and payroll reports.
- Handle JAMSOSTEK (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and JPK (Pension) administration, including contributions and claims.
- Calculate and verify statutory deductions, including taxes (PPh) and employee benefits.
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data files.
- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of payroll bank accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with payroll software or systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local payroll tools) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations (UU Cipta Kerja).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
