Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update daily production schedules to ensure alignment with demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to manage raw material stock levels.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding production output and material usage.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in the ERP system.
- Ensure all documentation related to production planning is organized and updated in compliance with company standards.
- Analyze production lead times and identify potential bottlenecks to minimize operational downtime.
- Facilitate communication between the production floor and management to ensure seamless workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PPIC, Inventory Control, or Production Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ERP software (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to be based in Nganjuk, Jawa Timur.
