Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Procurement Specialist to join the dynamic team at PT THE COSTUME MAGNIFIQUE. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our supply chain and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our internal needs and external vendors, ensuring that our administrative processes run seamlessly.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in Batam starting in 2026. Furthermore, you must be prepared to undergo a self-relocation process to Jakarta Barat in 2027 as part of our business expansion.

As a key member of our team, you will drive initiatives to optimize our procurement strategies, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, and placing orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement documents, invoices, and contracts.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control procedures to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Prepare detailed procurement reports and expense summaries for management review.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and processing of employee reimbursements.

Kualifikasi

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative or procurement roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
