Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the project team in managing daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Ensure all project documentation, reports, and archives are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
- Support site coordination activities, including logistics and on-site assistance.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute project updates effectively.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for the project management team.
- Perform general office management duties to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with real estate or construction administration is highly preferred.
