Deskripsi Pekerjaan

New Hope Indonesia is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Purchasing to join our growing team in Taman, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that all procurement-related documentation is processed accurately and stored systematically.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills and a strong commitment to maintaining data integrity. You will be responsible for managing both softcopy and hardcopy files, facilitating seamless communication between departments, and supporting the procurement team in daily operational tasks. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the daily input of procurement data into the company system with 100% accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain both physical (hardfile) and digital (softfile) documentation according to company standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure all purchase requests are supported by complete documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports regarding purchasing status and inventory data for management review.
  • Ensure that all purchasing files are easily accessible for audits and internal quality checks.
  • Assist the procurement team in administrative tasks to streamline the purchasing cycle.
  • Monitor the timely delivery and filing of delivery orders, invoices, and purchase agreements.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in procurement or general administration is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a tidy filing system.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
  • Ability to work under contract and meet strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to be based in Taman, Jawa Timur.
