Plant Bistro, a vibrant culinary destination in the heart of Ubud, Bali, is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin & Purchasing professional to join our growing team. We are passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience, and we need someone who can help us manage our administrative operations and procurement processes efficiently.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, managing documentation, and overseeing the procurement of ingredients and supplies that keep our kitchen running at peak performance. You will work closely with our management team to maintain inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies that align with our quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping
- Handle procurement activities including ordering supplies, negotiating with vendors, and tracking deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply availability
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to identify purchasing needs and prioritize orders
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment documentation in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products
- Prepare administrative reports and provide support to management as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration or purchasing roles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of inventory management and procurement processes
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
