Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage purchase orders (POs) efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain a comprehensive supplier database and evaluate vendor performance.
- Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.
- Prepare purchasing reports and provide updates to management on procurement status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding purchasing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or purchasing roles, preferably in Manufacturing or Logistics.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
