Your primary focus will be on managing the administrative side of purchasing, from processing documents to coordinating with external suppliers. You will ensure that every purchase order is processed correctly, deliveries are tracked, and records are meticulously kept. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing administration process, including the creation and issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies in orders.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring inventory levels are monitored and reported regularly.
- Organize and archive all purchasing documents and contracts in a systematic digital and physical filing system for easy retrieval.
- Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases with purchase details, price variations, and stock status.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly procurement reports and financial reconciliation documents.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, specifically within purchasing or supply chain support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
